             OR 35g ISOLYZE; 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter; 1 cup broccoli

             5 oz lean ground beef; green (romaine/spinach) salad with 1 tbsp olive oil and apple cider vinegar; 4 oz. sweet potato (1/2 cup oatmeal)
MEAL #5
            10 egg whites; 1 cup green beans

DAY 1: Chest/Biceps

DAY 2: Back/Hamstrings

DAY 3: Legs/calves

DAY 4: Shoulders/Triceps

DAY 5: OFF (cardio only)

DAY 6: Rotate Bodyparts on this Day
