(3/4) cup ISOLYZE by SPECIES Nutrition (Chocolate Milk Flavor)
(2 1/2) tablespoon of Cocoa
(1/2) teaspoon of Stevia (liquid)
(1/4) teaspoon of pure peppermint extract
(6) tablespoons of coconut oil (melted)
(2) tablespoons of unsweetened shredded coconut
1.Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
2.Scoop into the bottom of a muffin tray, then set in freezer to set for 5-7 minutes.
3.You want the cookies to be hard to the touch.
4.Keep in the refrigerator or store in the freezer.
