Most orders, including expedited ones, are usually shipped within 48 hours of placement. Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

Apparel & Accessories: Must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in the original packaging.
Supplements & Consumables: Only if unopened and sealed in the original packaging.

Returned merchandise must be received by Species Nutrition within 30 days of your purchase.
