This is a great way of adding protein in your diet late at night. If you workout or have a physical job this is a good source of protein isolate while you sleep. Absolutely no sugar but taste is sweet. This will not affect your sleep schedule which you cannot say about a meat source of protein at night. Like the vanilla flavor, this is my third purchase.
