I feel for me they seem to do better than my Ona-a-Day vitamins from the grocery store. I take (4) first thing in the morning [4am] when I wake before the gym, then (3) mid-day [11am], then the final (3) with all my other vitamins and supplements. Yes, perhaps it would be best to take with food [1st meal 11am-ish] for better absorption, but (10) of these and all other vitamins and supplements is a bit much. Use how you wish; I am placing another order right now. For what its worth, 5 stars has to be life changing, so 4 stars is pretty good.

Been taking V-Mineralyze for almost 5yrs. I haven't been sick since I started taking the product. Took flu shots every year, took first Covid and booster 2021. Since taking V-Mineralyze, haven't taken either one. Ive been around family members w/ Covid 4 times, Influenza A 3 times. Never caught any of them.
